Clara is the older sister of Dixie from the Confederate Cavalry. Clara is the more levelheaded of the sisters. As such she always wants to be in command. Whenever she gets too worked up, she sits down for a Philly cheese steak and a light beer. A long walk along the Potomac River can't hurt either, can it?
